Introduction
Sweet Table respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on our website. This policy outlines the procedures for submitting a DMCA notice and counter-notice.
Filing a DMCA Notice
To file a DMCA notice, you must provide the following elements: 1) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; 2) Identification of the infringing material and its URL on our site; 3) Your contact information (name, address, phone, and email); 4) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized; 5) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent. Send the notice to our designated agent.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. It must include: identification of the removed material and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake; your contact information; and your consent to jurisdiction in the federal district court for your address. We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Sweet Table will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is any user who has been subject to more than two valid DMCA notices. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion.
